Unfortunately we can not provide priority services for international deliveries, but we will endeavour to get your yummy bites to you as soon as possible!
*Please note: As an international customer you will be entirely responsible for customs tax and customs regulations. You will also be responsible for what food products you can and can not import into your country.
Pastillas UK is not responsible for any customs related inquiries or consequential loss.


Returns / Refunds

Due to the nature of our products and our freshly made to order process, we unfortunately can not accept returns.

Although we are more than happy to issue a refund in the unlikely event that you aren't satisfied with your purchase, provided there are reasons that an error on our part has been made or the goods are faulty.

You have up to 30 days to request a refund for your order, starting from the date it was delivered to your address.

Provided that the above conditions of company error have been met. You can contact the team here if you have any problems with your order and we'll be happy to cater to your needs. Once we have received notice, we will issue a refund within 3 working days. 

Please also include your order number to help ensure a speedy refund.
